So I've had this problem since I was little....
it has caused me a few issues and embarrassing moments over the years..
You probably already know this if you know me at all.
But I'm the pickiest eater EVER.
Like it's bad.
I eat like a child.
My major don'ts
1. Most Vegetables (Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onions, Peppers, Spinach, Zucchini, Corn, Peas, Beans etc)
2. Condiments. I guess this one isn't that bad because these things aren't really good for you anyway...
but I can't stand ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, most sauces, any salad dressing but ranch.
3. Seafood (Except Salmon) but especially Tuna. It's just gross and it smells really bad and I can't stand it.
The things I do like
1. Most fruits ( Apples, Bananas, Pears, Grapes, Oranges, etc)
2. Meat (Chicken, Beef, etc)
2. Deserts :) ( Obviously. Major sweet tooth here)
I'm trying to do better. I really am. On Rachel Ray the other day though, they were talking about people who are "super tasters." They are people who have more taste buds than others. So they taste bitter tastes super bitter and sweet tastes extra sweet. I think this might explain my situation as to why I can't stand vegetables but I also have a major sweet tooth. But she said the answer is to slowly keep introducing yourself to new foods. So that's the plan :)
