Most of my professors are awesome. One however, struggles a little bit.
First, he was not supposed to teach our class. He kinda got roped into it. We'll cut him some slack for that.
Second of all, he is completely monotone. And he likes to pronounce Monday as Mondeee and Tuesday and Tuesdee and so on. Normally, this probably wouldn't bug me. But it is a Foundations of Literacy class. So we should be pronouncing words correctly.
He does an I Clicker Quiz to entice *eh hem force us to come to class on time. He does one right at the beginning of class so if your one minute late you don't get credit (this is at 9AM mind you), in the middle of class, and the end of class. Paranoid much? Oh. And if you miss more than one day, you drop a letter grade. (is that even legal?!?)
These kind of things create enemies. Even among the most loving, tender hearted Elementary Education girls. (oh and two boys)
But the worst of all is this: during his dry, monotonous lectures that put us into comas, after every slide he asks "Any Thoughts?"
*****************Insert Long Awkward Silence***********************
Nobody ever has thoughts. Then he'll say "I'm modeling wait time." Wait more, and then move on.
Bless his little heart.
